On the access right

Today I have been in the World Social Forum of Madrid debating on the right of access of the organizations to the means of public entitlement in a workshop organized by ACSUR.
The Spanish Constitution that in his article 20 says: "The law will regulate the access of the social groups and significant politicians to the media of social communication dependent on the State", and really, later, it was even regulated by law in two occasions (in 2006 and in 2009).
Although it looks like a lie, we are before a constitutional law permanently damaged, since there has not been met any group who should have managed to "gain access". That's why, we are going to claim it and are going to denounce the nonperformance on the part of RTVE. This has been the conclusion of the debate of this morning. We want that the law is fulfilled!! (something that in this country already begins dreaming revolutionary).
